Join us for group strength training sessions!

We offer group strength training at our facility.

Additionally, we offer online on demand workouts if you cannot make it to our facility.

Our group strength training sessions are good for all fitness levels. We keep our sessions smaller to focus on our members and ensure a great workout with good form, injury prevention, and community. We focus on strength training with a mix of circuits and weight training. We present modifications for members and consistently change the workout. You could come to every class and have a different workout each time. These sessions can be used by themselves as an amazing workout routine or added into your routine for a great addition. This is a great option to build community, push yourself, and get results. You will learn and master strength training to help lose weight, build muscle, and transform your body in a positive, supporting environment.

-Memberships are available for $109/month for group strength training on Mondays 6:00pm, Wednesdays 6:00pm, Thursdays 7:00am, and Saturdays 9:30am and also includes access to our online workout membership as well.

Online Workout Membership:

Who this is for: Anyone wanting to build muscle and lose weight. This is the perfect addition to any workout routine or can be your sole workout membership if desired. The premise is 15-30-minute workouts to help you achieve your goals quickly and gain muscle, without spending hours in the gym. You can do this from the comfort of your own home, on your own time. You do not have to be local to join as you can access the workouts at any time.

What’s included: With your membership, you receive 6 separate “on demand” workouts that change monthly.

Equipment: Only a pair of dumbbells is needed. Booty bands encouraged.
